A seasoned self-driven banker with more than 20 years’ local and international experience in retail banking. He has led teams in implementing effective Customer Relationship Management and business development. He is presently an Executive Director Marketing and Sales at Continental Products Private Limited.
He Started off his career in banking with Standard Chartered Bank rising to Head Priority Banking Centre.He then joined NMB where as General Manager retail banking and marketing,he was a key member in the transformation of NMBZ from a merchent bank to a commercial bank and the customer oriented services delivery strategy that is unique to NMBZ bank.
He was chairman of the Projects and product development committee and a memeber of ALCO and the Risk Management. He is a member of the IOBZ, ICM.
Mrs Mukonoweshuro holds a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in Social Sciences from University of Zimbabwe and a Masters in Business Administration degree from Nottingham Trent University –United Kingdom as well as management and leadership certificates. She received Euro money Banking Operations training in Tanzania and 95% Share Market Training in New York. Mrs Mukonoweshuro has extensive leadership experience spanning across Africa and the Indian Ocean Islands in Banking, Manufacturing and ICT sectors. Mrs Mukonoweshuro is the Managing Director of Lion Finance Zimbabwe.
She is the current non – executive Chairman of Insurance and Pension Commission of Zimbabwe. She chairs the Remuneration Committee at Akribos Capital Incorporated.
Mrs. Tidings Chimpondah is the CFO for Profeeds and Director for Progroup subsidiaries Probrands and Probottlers. She is a finance professional with over 17 years’ experience in corporate finance. She has an MBA from Manchester Business School and is an ACCA member; she is a holder of a Bachelor of Accountancy Honors Degree from the University of Zimbabwe.
In 2015 she won the Fortune-Goldman Sachs International Women Business Leadership Award for project MAGs that she founded in 2014 where she works with other professional women to empower rural women economically as they engage in poultry projects among other income generating activities.
She chairs the finance committee at Akribos Capital Incorporated.
Attained his Bachelor of Laws (Honours) Degree from the University of Zimbabwe in 2002. Chris joined Atherton & Cook in 2003 and was admitted to partnership in 2005.
He specialises in criminal law and human rights law, and media law. A recent Councillor of the Law Society of Zimbabwe, and a recent Chevening Fellow, Chris is also a qualified journalist who by virtue of his specialisation in media law and background in journalism now sits as a Commissioner in the Zimbabwe Media Commission (ZMC).
Chris chairs the Risk and Legal committee at Akribos Capital Incorporated.
Edmond began his stockbroking career in 2001 with Continental Securities. Edmond has a wealth of experience in Securities and Trading gained from EFE Securities, Interfin Securities and MMC Capital where he served as Head of Equity Sales and Trading. Edmond is one of the founding partners of Akribos Capital Inc.
Edmond holds a B. Coms (Hons) majoring in Finance from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST). He is a member of the South African Institute of Financial Markets (SAIFM).
Edmond is married to Judith and they have two children.

Tawanda is a seasoned investment banker who enjoys helping businesses maximise value for their stakeholders. He has broad experience in valuations and research for corporate finance transactions, investment decision making and business strategy advisory. Prior to founding Akribos he worked as an investment banker focusing on stockbroking, asset management, investment consultancy and corporate finance in sub-Saharan Africa. He has led investment research teams and has in depth knowledge of the emerging market business environment. He has helped institutional and private investors achieve their goals by crafting value adding investment strategies and refining their operations.
Tawanda holds the CFA charter and a Certificate in Investment Performance Measurement (CIPM) from the CFA Institute. He also holds a BCom Honours degree in Actuarial Science from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST) and is a member of the South African Institute of Financial Markets (SAIFM).
Tawanda is married to Esther and they have three children.

Farai is an investment banker with extensive experience in the capital markets acquired within the Sub-Saharan Africa region working as an analyst and trader for both the fixed income and equities desks. Prior to Akribos, Farai worked as Heard of Research for Invictus Securities as well as Analyst at Imara Africa. Farai also worked for Storm Securities, now Africa Gateway trading Johannesburg Stock Exchange equities.
Farai Holds a Msc. Degree in Finance and Investments, a Bcom (hons) Degree from the National University of Science and Technology as well as a banking Diploma from IoBZ. He and is a member of the South African Institute of Financial Markets (SAIFM) and an authorised trader of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE).
Farai is married to Rumbidzai and they have one child.

Joseph is a qualified Accounting professional and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with more than 14 progressive years of experience in Finance and Administration. He has extensive experience in the manufacturing, automobile and financial services having worked for several companies in Steel fabrication and heavy duty engineering, mono pumps, construction, stockbroking, investment management and advisory, micro finance and the motor industry. He has a keen interest in corporate governance.
Joseph holds certificates in Credit Management from (UZ) and a diploma in Salaries Administration. He is an ACCA finalist and is a member of the institute of administration and commerce.

With over 15 years banking experience spanning across Commercial and Merchant Banking, Treasury Operations and Asset Management, Calvin has acquired extensive expertise in financial services, products and operations. His experience straddles Stanbic Bank, Trust Bank, Premier Finance Group and Ecobank where he was involved in operations, financial trading, portfolio/fund management, international banking, relationship management and marketing.
Calvin has attended various investments and portfolio management courses with the University of Zimbabwe. He attained an IOBZ Diploma and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Finance with the University of Leicester, UK. He also has a Masters Degree in Business Administration with Nottingham Trent University, UK.
Calvin is married to Tatenda and they have 3 children, and he loves playing golf.
Batanai Matsika has a strong background in equities research and mainstream investment banking in Sub-Saharan Africa having worked for financial and investment banking houses such as Sanlam, Banco Português de Investimento and Imara. He has also consulted for Nova Capital Africa Analytics (USA), Hamilcar Capital (UK) and Mackie Research Capital Corporation (Canada).
Batanai has participated in a number of Sub-Saharan Africa Equities International Road Shows in South Africa, Europe and USA. He holds an Honours Degree in Business Studies (Finance & Banking) from the University of Zimbabwe, a Banking Diploma and an Executive Certificate in Treasury Management. He is an Associate of the Institute of Bankers and Member of the Institute of Business Advisors in Southern Africa (IBASA).
Batanai enjoys writing thematic and economic strategy articles and notes.
Having been in the industry since 2004, Penelope brings more than a decade worth of experience from her time as a Customer Liaison Officer at CFX Merchant Bank. She also served as Administration Supervisor at TFS Management Company before joining Akribos Capital incorporated.
Penelope has a strong passion in client satisfaction, she is results oriented and makes a strong team player.
She holds a Top Flight Secretarial Degree from Pitman and a Diploma with IOBZ.
Penelope is married to Lawrence and they have 3 children together.
Gilson started his career at Allan Gray, working as client consultant for the asset management company. Prior to joining Akribos Gilson worked as an assistant lecturer at the University of Pretoria.
Gilson has passed all three levels of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program with the CFA institute. Gilson holds a Masters in Financial Management (University of Pretoria) and a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Investment Management (University of Pretoria).
Tinashe started her career as an intern at Constantine Advisors, UK, where she used her research and analytical skills to help clients accomplish their capital raising objectives. She is enterprising when it comes to client service and public relations.
Tinashe is an eloquent, Inter-cultural communicator and a valuable team player.
She is a holder of a Master of Science Degree in Management (Marketing) with Lancaster University (UK), a BA (Hons) from Leeds Metropolitan University and a Bachelors Degree in Banking and Finance from University of Namibia.
Tinashe is currently learning Manderin (Chinese) for business. She is passionate about photography.
Jane has over 10 years progressive experience in administration work. Prior to joining Akribos Capital Jane has worked at CABS, Ecobank and Toyota Zimbabwe. She is an energetic and ambitious person who has developed a responsible approach to any task presented to her. A passionate and articulate communicator.
Jane holds a Bachelor of Science Honours in Development Studies (ZOU), a Diploma in Human Resources Development (IPMZ) and a diploma in Humanitarian aid Project Management (CBCA).

Patience has 6 years experience as a Risk Management Professional in Insurance and Reinsurance. Prior to joining Akribos Capital Inc., Patience worked as a Facultative Underwriter at Colonnade Reinsurance.
Patience holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Risk Management with the University of South Africa (UNISA) and is an Associate of the Insurance Institute of Zimbabwe. She has passed Level II of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program with the CFA institute.
Patience is married to Trevor and they have a daughter. In her spare time, Patience is a freelance makeup artist.
